Jazzercise
A worldwide dance exercise phenomenon! This fun 60 minute workout program offers a fusion of jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga and kickboxing movements. Benefits include increased cardiovascular endurance, strength and flexibility - as well as an overall “feel good” factor. Their classes are Mondays at 12:15pm & 6:00pm, Tuesdays at 7:00am, Wednesdays at 12:15pm, Thursdays at 7:00am and Sundays at 4:00pm.
